We are semi-staffed daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

If arriving outside these hours, please inform us in advance.

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• If arriving after 10.00 PM, please notify us in advance.
• For arrivals after 10.00 PM, self check-in instructions will be sent 2–3 days before arrival.

• A passport or government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
• Thai law requires us to report all guests to the local district office and immigration bureau.
• The number of guests must match the reservation.

Early check-in is subject to availability.

• Hourly fees apply (same rates as late check-out):
  Standard Room (no kitchen): 100 THB per hour
  Studio with kitchen & bunk bed: 150 THB per hour
  Two-Bedroom Suite & Extended Stay Unit: 200 THB per hour

• Check-in before 6.00 AM will incur an additional charge equivalent to 1 night stay

Receiving Packages

You may receive post or parcels during your stay.

• Packages will be held at the front desk for collection.
• Direct delivery to apartments is not possible.

• Collect your order from reception or the main entrance
• Drivers cannot deliver directly to apartments.

Airport transfers can be arranged via a third-party provider.

Alternatively, we recommend using Grab or Bolt for competitive pricing.
Car rentals are also widely available.

If you booked directly through our official website:

• Date changes are allowed, subject to availability.
